Pauline Roussin-Bouchard Named to Fall ANNIKA Award Watch List
COLUMBIA, S.C. – South Carolina sophomore Pauline Roussin-Bouchard added another accomplishment after her strong finish to the fall by making the latest ANNIKA Award presented by Stifel Watch List, officials announced on Monday.
Roussin-Bouchard made the most of her chances to play this fall by winning her second individual championship as a Gamecock at The Ally in October. She bookended her win at The Ally with an eighth-place finish at the season opening Blessings Collegiate Invitational, and a third-place finish in the stroke play portion of the East Lake Cup. She went on to win both of her match play matchups in the East Lake Cup semifinals and championship.
The sophomore is set to compete in the U.S. Women’s Open on Dec. 10-13 at the Champions Golf Club in Houston, Texas.
Carolina finished the fall in the No. 1 spot in the Golfweek rankings, and at No. 2 in the Golfstat rankings. Information about the spring schedule will be made available in the near future.
