Final Round Suspended Late Tuesday at Tiger Invitational

Gamecocks in sixth with four holes to play, two shots back of third

OPELIKA, Ala. – Play was suspended for lighting midway through the final round of the Tiger Invitational on Tuesday. The Gamecocks are currently sixth at 9-under with four holes to play, two shots behind No. 14 Vanderbilt and No. 24 LSU.
 
It was a rainy and wet day at Grand National’s Lake Course with more inclement weather anticipated on Wednesday. Teams will attempt to finish the event at 11 a.m. ET.
 
Carolina’s four counting scores in round three, Ryan Hall, Jamie Wilson, Jack Wall and Caleb Proveaux, are all even par in the final round. Three of the four have a par-5 left to play.
