Samuel, Thomson to play in Doubles Semifinals

Tulsa, Okla. – South Carolina men’s tennis doubles pair Connor Thomson and Toby Samuel will play in the doubles semifinal match at the ITA All-American Championships in Tulsa, Okla., tomorrow.

The Gamecock pair took down Liberty’s Josh Wilson and Christian Worst in the quarterfinal round to advance. Samuel and Thomson took down the Flames pair in straight sets, 6-3, 6-4.

Opponents and match times for the semifinal matches will be provided as they are made available by the ITA.

The All-American Championships will continue through Oct. 9 with all main draw matches being broadcast on the Cracked Racquets Crosscourt Cast. Live streaming and scoring will be provided through TrackTennis.
