NORFOLK, Va. – For the only time this season, the South Carolina men’s soccer team will play back-to-back true road matches, when the Gamecocks visit Old Dominion for a Sun Belt Conference match Wednesday, October 19, for a 7 p.m. kickoff.

- They have met each of the last nine seasons, including playing twice in 2014, 16, and 17.
- ODU has won three of the last four meetings.
- The Gamecocks last earned three points on Oct. 29, 2017 at Stone Stadium, 3-2.
- The Gamecocks are 2-4-1 in Norfolk.
- The last time Carolina earned a road victory came in 2016, a 3-2 win.
- The only tie of the series came during the 2021 spring season, a 1-1 draw at Old Dominion.
- The Gamecocks have only shutout the Monarchs once, which came back in 2014, a 1-0 victory.
