Gamecocks Face Lopes in Arizona Tip-Off Title Game Sunday

GLENDALE, Ariz. – South Carolina (4-0) takes on Grand Canyon (3-0) in the title game of the Cactus Division at the Arizona Tip-Off on Sunday at 7 p.m. (ET) on CBS Sports Network.
The Gamecocks, who defeated DePaul 73-68 in the semifinals early Saturday morning, are 4-0 for the first time since the 2016-17 Final Four season. That team started the season 8-0.
Sunday’s title tilt at Desert Diamond Arena will be the first ever matchup between Carolina and Grand Canyon. The Lopes are led by former Vanderbilt head coach Bryce Drew. They won the WAC last season and were a No. 14 seed in the NCAA Tournament, falling 82-70 to Gonzaga in the round of 64.
