South Carolina seeking to win its seventh straight SEC game, a first for the program since the team started 1996-97 11-0 in league play

COLUMBIA, S.C. – No. 15/20 South Carolina (20-3, 8-2 SEC) remains at home on Saturday as Vanderbilt (6-16, 1-8 SEC) comes to town. Tip-off is slated for 1 p.m. (ET) at Colonial Life Arena with doors opening 1 hour prior.

Richard Cross (pxp) and Pat Bradley (analyst) will be on the call for the SEC Network broadcast.

Fans are encouraged to bring non-perishable items for a collection drive in partnership with University of South Carolina First Lady Ero Aggelopoulou-Amiridis, the University of South Carolina Board of Visitors and the Gamecock CommUnity Shop.

The Gamecock CommUnity Shop is an on-campus resource which provides free food, toiletries, school supplies, and professional clothing to USC students, faculty, and staff to help meet basic needs. Bags of rice, canned meat, peanut butter and jelly, spaghetti sauce, canned fruit and vegetables, granola bars, fruit snacks and trail mix are some of the items fans are encouraged to bring. Fans can also donate through the Pantry’s Amazon Wish List.

Volunteers will be located at all venue entrances to collect goods.

Tomorrow is also the team’s Fight 4 Literacy game. Coaches and staff will be wearing green pins and wristbands in support of Champions For Literacy, a non-profit that uses the power of sports to impact childhood reading. For more information, click here.
