Hall Named to SEC Community Service Team
COLUMBIA, S.C. – South Carolina women’s basketball junior guard Bree Hall was named to the 2024 SEC Women’s Basketball Community Service Team, the league office announced today.
Hall is a steady contributor to the team’s community service efforts, especially around the holidays. She took area youth on a Christmas shopping trip and spent time with patients at the local VA hospital, including signing Christmas carols. Hall has also given her time working with young people at the local Boys & Girls Club and a middle school. She is part of the SEC Basketball Leadership Council and was selected by her peers to serve as vice chair of the women’s basketball group.
On the court, Hall is having the best season of her career with 10.1 points per game on 47.0 percent shooting. She is among the SEC top 15 in made 3s per game and is shooting 43.0 percent from beyond the arc.
No. 1/1 South Carolina is back in action tonight in a 9 p.m. ET tipoff at Arkansas on SEC Network. The Gamecocks will close out the regular season in a noon tipoff against Tennessee on Sun., Mar. 3, at Colonial Life Arena.
