SEC Announces Spring Academic Honor Roll
BIRMINGHAM, ALA. – A total of 1,492 student-athletes were named to the 2023-24 Spring SEC Academic Honor Roll, announced Tuesday by SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey. The 2024 Spring SEC Academic Honor Roll includes the sports of baseball, beach volleyball, golf, softball, tennis, and track and field. It is based on grades from the 2023 Summer, 2023 Fall, and 2024 Spring terms.
South Carolina had 111 student-athletes make the list, tied for fourth-most in the conference. It extends a streak of five spring semesters in a row with triple-digit honorees.
Any student-athlete who participates in a Southeastern Conference championship sport or a student-athlete who participates in a sport listed on his/her institution’s NCAA Sports Sponsorship Form is eligible for nomination to the Academic Honor Roll.
