COLUMBIA, S.C. – South Carolina (10-11, 0-8 SEC) returns home to face another top-15 opponent as it host No. 13/15 Texas A&M (16-5, 5-3 SEC) at Colonial Life Arena on Saturday night. Tipoff is slated for 8:30 p.m. (ET) with doors opening 1 hour prior.
The Aggies will be the ninth top-25 opponent for the Gamecocks so far this season. Six of the team’s first nine games in SEC play have been against top-20 teams.

The Gamecock coaching and support staff will be wearing special tops with a Coaches Versus Cancer patch on the sleeve. The Coaches vs. Cancer program is a nationwide collaboration between the American Cancer Society and the National Association of Basketball Coaches. This initiative leverages the personal experiences, community leadership, and professional excellence of coaches nationwide to increase cancer awareness and promote healthy living through year-round awareness efforts, fundraising activities, and advocacy programs. Since 1993, coaches have raised over $179 million for the American Cancer Society. For more information on the organization and the work they do, click here.
