Men’s Tennis Sends Five to Wake Forest Invitational

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Five players from the South Carolina men’s tennis team are set to compete in the Wake Forest Invitational this weekend. Gabe Avram, Paul Barbier Gazeu, Sean Daryabeigi, Cole Henceroth and Charlie Swaine will represent the Gamecocks in Winston-Salem.

The tournament is slated for Oct. 31 to Nov. 2 at the Wake Forest Tennis Center. Friday begins with a 9:30 a.m. first serve for two rounds of doubles while Saturday will feature two rounds of singles, also beginning at 9:30 a.m. The event concludes on Sunday with one round of singles and one round of doubles.

The Gamecocks’ final chance to punch their ticket to Orlando comes next weekend at the ITA Sectional Championships.
