Was a four-year letterwinner in both golf and basketball at Lexington High School … served as golf team captain as a senior in 2004 … earned team MVP honors as a junior and a senior … named all-region and all-area as a junior and senior … placed 15th in the state tournament as a junior and senior … was the medalist for her high school team in every match her senior year … also helped team to a second-place finish in the state tournament in 2001 and a second-place finish in the region in 2003 and 2004 … listed among Who[apos]s Who in Academic and Who[apos]s Who in Sports four straight years … won the junior city championship in 2004 and the South Carolina Big ‘I’ Tournament … received the ‘Best Attitude’ Award in 2001 and the Coaches Award in 2002.
