2024-25

• Appeared in 28 games making 26 starts in lone season for the Gamecocks ; averaged 13.1 points, 3.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists (led team) and 1.2 steals per game ; missed four games early in SEC play with a right knee sprain
• Scored in double-figures 21 times with a trio of 20-point games and also logged six games with five or more assists
• Had 16 points in 36 minutes against Arkansas (March 12) in round one of the SEC Tournament
• Finished with 20 points, four assists and two rebounds at No. 4/4 Tennessee (March 8)
• Had 15 points and went 12-of-13 at the free throw line in helping lead the team to an 84-69 win over Texas (Feb. 22)
• Scored a season-high 23 points (9-of-16 FGs) with five rebounds and three assists at LSU (Feb. 18)
• Had 15 points, five rebounds, five assists and two steals vs. No. 13/15 Texas A&M (Feb. 1)

• Scored 11 points with seven rebounds, three assists and three steals in 41 minutes of action in a 91-88 overtime win against in-state rival No. 25 Clemson (Dec. 17)
• Had his first 20-point game of the season, finishing with 22 and a season-high seven assists in a comeback win over East Carolina (Dec. 7) ; went 5-of-8 from downtown in the victory
• Recorded 19 points on 4-of-5 shooting from behind the arc in 84-72 win over Mercer (Nov. 21)

PRE-SOUTH CAROLINA

• In three seasons, has played in 92 games (53 starts), averaging 9.2 points, 2.6 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.1 steals per game
• Averaged 16.9 points, 3.8 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 2.1 steals per game in one season at Norfolk State in 2023-24
• Had 10 games with 20 or more points, including 16.9 points, 3.8 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 2.1 steals per game at Norfolk State
• Had shooting splits of 40.4 percent from the floor, 38.0 percent from behind the arc and 80.9 percent at the charity stripe in 31.1 minutes per game for the Spartans
• Spent two seasons at UNC-Wilmington from 2021-23 where he played in 59 games
• As a sophomore in 2022-23, appeared in 34 games with 23 starts, averaging 7.1 points, 2.2 assists and 2.2 rebounds per game
• Scored in double figures 10 times with a season-high 26 points in a late season home win over Stony Brook
• Helped lead Seahawks to the CAA title game before falling, 63-58, to College of Charleston

PRE-COLLEGE

• Attended The Burlington School (Burlington, N.C.) his senior year in 2020-21, averaging 19.0 points, 7.0 assists and 2.5 steals per game
• Led the team to a 24-7 record and the NCISAA 2A State Championship
• Scored 28 points in the state title game against Northwood Temple Academy
• Averaged 15.6 points, 2.9 assists, 1.9 rebounds, 2.9 assists, and 1.8 steals for Piedmont Classical High School in 2019-20, after missing the previous year with an injury
• Played for AAU club Team Curry 17U in summer of 2020

PERSONAL

• Son of Tarique and Aja – has a younger brother, Jailen
• Born on June 26, 2002
• Chose South Carolina because of it’s proximity to home and the opportunity to play in the best conference in the country
• Off the court, enjoys to bowl and going to amusement parks
• List alfredo pasta as favorite food and Stomp the Yard as favorite movie
• Favorite pro players to watch and learn from are Ja Morant and Jrue Holiday
• Advice to younger self is stay true to who you are and never let anybody take your confidence away
