2022-23 (JUNIOR)

  • Led the team with a 34-7 (.829) record in singles including a 20-4 mark in dual play and 8-2 record against SEC opponents
  • Recorded the highest ranked win of his career, upsetting No. 10 Philip Henning of UGA. Later lowered his best career ranked win with another upset of Henning, now ranked No. 8
  • Put up a 13-4 record against ranked opponents that included three top-10 upsets and eight win in the top-35
  • Spent the entire 2023 regular season ranked inside the ITA’s Singles top-20, peaking at No. 5 in the nation. Ended the season with a final ranking of No. 17, earning himself a spot in the ITA/ATP Accelerator Program
  • Alongside partner Toby Samuel, became the program’s first ITA All-American Champions, claiming the title in doubles. The pair upset Nos. 15, 16, 26, and 29 en route to the title
  • Went 27-8 in doubles on the season with a 19-5 mark in dual play
  • Put up a 12-5 record against ranked opponent that included four wins over teams ranking in the top-10 and ten wins over top-30 foes
  • With partner Toby Samuel, became the first pair in program history to hold the No. 1 spot in the ITA Doubles Rankings. The duo was ranked No. 1 for all but one week of the regular season and finished at the top of the year-end rankings 0 another first for the program
  • Was named the SEC Player of the Week during the first week of the season after helping the Gamecocks to three opening weekend wins over Charlotte, the Citadel, and No. 18 North Carolina. His singles win over No. 9 Ryan Seggerman of UNC gave South Carolina their first win over the tar heels in two decades.
  • Earned a spot on the All-SEC First Team for the second time of his career after going 8-2 in singles from the No. 2 spot in the lineup and 8-3 in doubles from the No. 1 spot
  • Earned an automatic qualifying spot in the NCAA Singles Championships as a No. 9-16 seed. Advanced to the Round of 32 after a straight set win over No. 28 Pierre-Yves Bailly of Texas.
  • Earned the No. 1 overall seed in the NCAA Doubles Championship alongside partner Toby Samuel
  • Was named an ITA All-American in both singles and doubles for his performances throughout the season

2021-22 (SOPHOMORE)

  • Earned 30 singles wins on the season with 23 of them coming in straight sets
  • Picked up ranked singles wins over Nos. 38, 51, 74, 73, and 97
  • Began the dual season with a nine-match singles win streak
  • Clinched three matches on the season
  • Came back from down 0-6, 0-3 to take down Tennessee’s Angel Diaz give help South Carolina defeat No. 1 ranked Tennessee on the road
  • Earned All-American status in doubles after advancing to the NCAA Doubles semifinals with partner Daniel Rodrigues. Their trip to the semifinals is the furthest a Gamecock doubles pair has ever advanced in the tournament
  • Picked up 25 doubles wins on the season with 13 of them coming over ranked opponents, including five of them in the top-10
  • Ended the season ranked No. 6 in doubles with Rodrigues, the highest final doubles ranking in program history

2020-21 (FRESHMAN)

  • Named to the All-SEC First Team and the All-Newcomer Team
  • Rose from No. 118 in singles in the preseason to a final ranking of No. 27, making him just the Gamecocks’ third top-30 singles finisher since 2014 and earning him a spot in the NCAA Singles Championship
  • Ranked No. 11 in the nation in doubles with Daniel Rodrigues, the program’s highest final doubles ranking since the end of the 1988-89 season
  • Teamed with Rodrigues to earn a spot in the NCAA Doubles Championship after posting 22 doubles wins, the fourth most in a season in program history, including a program-record 15 at the No. 1 spot in the dual-match lineup
  • Led the team with five match-clinching singles victories on the season, including three of the team’s seven SEC wins
  • Posted highest ranked win of his career, topping No. 17 player in three sets as Gamecocks pushed then-No. 1 Florida (Apr. 9) to the limit in 3-4 defeat

2019-20 (FRESHMAN)

  • Made an instant impact as a freshman in the middle of the lineup, winning 24 singles matches
  • Was named SEC Freshman of the week (Jan. 29) after going 5-0 in both singles and doubles to start the year
  • Provided a steady force at the No. 4 spot, winning six singles matches
  • Partnered with Phillip Jordan to win the Black Doubles Draw in his first collegiate event, the Gamecock Fall Invite (Sept. 20-22)

PRE-COLLEGE

  • Member of 18-and-under Great Britain squad that placed fifth at the European Summer Cup
  • Represented Scotland at the Four Nations Cup, going undefeated in both singles and doubles
  • Won Fujairah ITF Futures tournament and was runner up in Abu Dhabi futures tournament
  • Was a runner-up at the F5 Roehampton futures and a semifinalist in the F1 Glasgow futures
  • Competed in first career ATP challenger in Glasgow in 2018 and also competed in the Wimbledon Junior Slam
  • Career high No. 132 ITF singes ranking and career high 1179 ATP doubles ranking

PERSONAL

  • His father, Malcolm, is a soccer coach for Rangers FC, and has been in the profession for 24 years for teams such as Blackpool FC, Al Ahli FC in Dubai, and Salgaocar FC in India
  • Has one brother, Callum, who has played professional soccer for Manchester United and Birmingham City FC
