Was one of the team[apos]s top players during the fall season with three top-15 finishes in four events… Posted three top-10 finishes during the season…Runner-up finish at Mason Rudolph Invitational was a career best, posted scores of 67-69=136 (-6)…Shot a career-best 207 (-6) at the Hootie at Bulls Bay Intercollegiate, tying for third place in his best tournament of the spring season; shot 66 (-5) in the second round for the best 18-hole score of his collegiate career…Picked up a sixth-place finish at the Rees Jones Intercollegiate, shooting 73-75-74=222 (+6) to help the Gamecocks to a 37-stroke team victory…Four of his first five rounds of the season were under par…Had nine rounds at par or better during the season…Named to SEC Community Service Team.

2008-09
Competed in 10 of 12 events for the Gamecocks, including the NCAA Championship and SEC Championship…Finished with a season scoring average of 74.54…Equaled a career-low with a 68 in the opening round of the NCAA Southeast Regional to count as one of the four scorers for the round; helped Carolina to a tie for second place and a berth in the NCAA Championship…Was one of three Gamecocks to pick up a top-10 finish at the Mason Rudolph Invitational, shooting a career-best 212 (-1) to help South Carolina to its first team title of the season…Shot 72 (E) in the rain-shortened Cavalier Classic to finish 14th…Was steady at the SEC Championship with a 220 (+4) to finish tied for 21st…Named to the SEC Community Service Team….SEC Academic Honor Roll.

2007-08
Played in four tournaments with a 74.09 average … made his postseason debut at the SEC Championship … finished a career-best fifth at the Furman Intercollegiate, shaving five strokes off his career low 54-hole total with a 218 (+2) … Collected a win over Matt Hughes of Alabama in the second round of match play after halving his contest with Florida State[apos]s Matthew Savage … opened the Bank of Tennessee Intercollegiate with a career-low 68 and went on to finish 57th … was a member of the SEC Spring Sports Academic Honor Roll.

2006-07
Competed in the season-opening tournament then played in three Garnet Team events … finished 17th in the Charleston Southern Fall Invitational (Garnet Team) after claiming fourth in the Coker College Collegiate (Garnet Team) … opened his season with the varsity team at the Carpet Capital Collegiate, highlighted by a second-round 71 … member of the SEC Freshman Academic Honor Roll.

Prior to South Carolina
Played for coach Yon Radford at T.L. Hanna High School … capped his high school career by winning the 4A Individual State Championship in 2006 … earned all-state honors as a senior … helped T.L. Hanna advance to State each year during his career and finish in the top four three times (2003, 2004, 2005) … finished No. 2 in the South Carolina Heritage Classic Foundation Player Rankings and made the American Junior Golf Association[apos]s All-America Team in 2005 … played in the U.S. Amateur during the summer of 2006 … competed in the South Carolina-Georgia Team Matches and the Carolinas-Virginias Team Matches … earned medalist honors at both the South Carolina Junior Championship and the AJGA Dunlop Carolina Classic in 2005 … also placed in the top five at the Ballentine Junior, Anderson Sunshine House Junior, Jimmy Self Junior Championship, Georgia-South Carolina Cup, Junior Azalea, PGA Junior Series-Mississippi, South Carolina Junior Match Play Championship, Carolina[apos]s Junior Championship and the South Carolina Junior Four-Ball Championship … one of four players named to the All-Carolinas Junior Team … member of the National Honor Society … selected a member of Junior Leadership Anderson … received the Life Scholarship.
