• Played in 15 matches… Scored a goal against Georgia State (9/24) and tallied two assists against High Point (9/28) in a 3-1 win… Recorded at least one shot in nine of the 15 matches he appeared in… logged season-high in minutes played with 44 in the team’s 3-2 win at Old Dominion (11/9)… Named to the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll as well as the C-USA Academic Honor Roll and received a C-USA Academic Medal for boasting a 3.75 or higher cumulative GPA.

2015 (Freshman)

• Played in seven matches, starting five at defender … Scored a goal on a set piece in the season opener against Mercer (8/28)… Also tallied his lone assist in the Georgia Southern win (8/31) … Named to the Conference USA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll as well as the Southeastern Conference First-Year Academic Honor Roll.

PRE-COLLEGE

• Played three years for the Strake Jesuit College Preparatory School in Houston, Texas … Earned first-team all-district twice for the Crusaders … Top Drawer Soccer named him to its All-Region team … Captain of his high school and club team all three years … Also lettered in golf, earning Academic All-State honors in that sport … Made the honor roll.

PERSONAL

• Son of Bruce and Laura Davidson … Has two brothers, Christian and Michael … Brother Christian played soccer at UNC Wilmington and spent three seasons with the Wilmington Hammerheads in the USL Pro league … Chose South Carolina over Clemson, North Carolina, Coastal Carolina and Creighton … Majoring in finance.
