Career Notes
- Played in 59 games in the Garnet and Black after sitting out 2020-21 due to NCAA transfer rules and taking advantage of that to have a procedure to alleviate chronic issues in both ankles
- Grew more comfortable offensively in her senior season, shooting 34.4 percent from 3-point range
- In her two seasons on the court, helped the Gamecocks to two SEC Tournament championships, an SEC regular-season title, an NCAA Final Four and the 2022 National Championship
- Spent two seasons at Texas, helping Longhorns to a pair of NCAA Tournament appearances, including a spot in the 2018 Sweet 16
Senior Year (2021-22)
- Part of first team in program history to be ranked No 1 in both the AP and the USA Today Coaches’ Polls every week of the season and program’s second National Championship
- Showed off her defense vs. #12/8 Tennessee (Feb. 20), recording a steal and a big block in eight minutes of action
- Led the bench with eight points in 10 minutes vs. Auburn (Feb. 17), knocking down a pair of 3s and swiping a pair of steals; it was her fourth game this season with multiple 3s made and tied her career high in an SEC game
- Was a key to building a big lead at Arkansas (Jan. 16); along with her six points she tied a career high for rebounds vs. a SEC opponent with five boards and the team finished +15 on the scoreboard in her 23 minutes on the floor
- Played 18 of the final 20 minutes of the win vs. #2/2 Stanford (Dec. 21) and was a vital on both ends of the court – hit a big 3-pointer in the third quarter as part of a 10-0 run to trim the deficit to single digits, then sank three free throws in the final 12 seconds of the game to seal the win
- On defense vs. the Cardinal, she helped lock down the perimeter shooters; the visitors attempted just four 3-pointers in the second half and made just one, following a first half where they made 6-of-11 from deep
- Carried the offense in the second quarter at #15/25 Duke (Dec. 15), knocking down a trio of 3s to account for nine of the team’s 15 points in the quarter
- Hit a pair of clutch 3-pointers in a win over #2/2 UConn (Nov. 22) with one coming late in the third to break what was the last tie of the game and one in the fourth that immediately answered the only Husky field goal of the period
- Great effort steadied the team in a slow second quarter at #5/4 NC State (Nov. 9), scoring seven of the team’s nine points and snagging four rebounds in the period
Junior Year (2020-21)
- Played in 28 games … made her SEC debut at #10/8 Kentucky (Jan. 10) … played in all eight postseason games
- Played a SEC career-best 23 minutes against Alabama (Jan. 31), including 11 crucial first-half minutes during which she added four of her SEC-high tying eight points
- Solid play against #15/16 Arkansas (Jan. 21), hitting a 3 late in the second quarter to help Gamecocks keep the lead going into halftime and grabbing four of her five rebounds in the fourth quarter to help keep the Razorbacks at bay
- Made her Carolina debut against Charleston (Nov. 25), scoring seven points and pulling down eight rebounds
Redshirt-Sophomore Year (2019-20)
- Sat out the season due to NCAA transfer rules
- Took advantage of the year to have a procedure to alleviate chronic issues in both ankles
