2021 (FIFTH YEAR)

  • Led the team with 357 kills, the tenth most in a single season in the rally scoring era (since 2001), while still hitting .244 over 947 attacks.
  • Including her time at Coastal Carolina, she completes her college career with 1,474 kills and 866 digs.
  • Averaged 3.62 kills per set in SEC play, the eighth-highest by a Gamecock in the rally scoring era.
  • Opened the season with 18 kills, also adding 10 digs and five blocks in a win vs. No. 18 Washington St. (8/27).
  • Hit .351 with 16 kills and added a career-high 16 digs in a four-set win over UCF (9/3).
  • Notched her first 20-kill match of the season against Tennessee, hitting .341 against the Vols (10/8).
  • Matched a career high of 16 digs and added 10 kills in a three-set sweep at Auburn (11/10).
  • Totaled 18 kills with a .302 hitting percentage in just three sets on the road at Florida (11/20).
  • Piled up 18 more kills to go with 11 digs in three sets against Arkansas (11/26).

2020-21 (SENIOR)

  • Finished as one of three members of the team to play in all 84 sets during the season.
  • Led the team with 273 kills (3.25 per set) and ranked second in digs (2.24/set) and third in aces (24).
  • Only two other Gamecocks in program finished with more kills in SEC play in a single season – Shonda Cole (495 in 2006) and Juliette Thevenin (295 in 2012).
  • Also proved to be a stout passer, committing just five errors on 343 total serve receptions for the year – a reception percentage of .985.
  • Made an instant impact for the team, leading the team with 13 kills on a .308 hitting percentage and added nine digs over three sets at Georgia in her Gamecock debut (10/17).
  • Posted a double-double of 16 kills and 13 digs in a four-set win over Auburn at home (10/29).
  • Saved her best performance for the fall finale, totaling 19.5 points in a five-set upset of No. 4 Florida. She posted 16 kills, two aces, nine digs and three blocks against the Gators.
  • Hit .326 with team-high 20 kills at Alabama, spurring the team to a five-set comeback win on the road (1/30).
  • Scored 21.5 points in a four-set loss to Texas A&M, with 17 kills, 13 digs and four service aces (2/11).
  • Powered the team’s upset of No. 25 Missouri, hitting .356 with 19 kills and 12 digs in four sets (2/27).

PREVIOUS SCHOOL

  • Spent three seasons with Coastal Carolina.
  • Voted first team All-Sun Belt as a sophomore and junior.
  • Appeared in 82 career matches for the Chanticleers, totaling 844 kills and 474 digs over her three seasons.
  • Set career highs in kills, hitting percentage, aces, digs and blocks in her 2019 junior season, playing in 114 sets.
  • Also competed for CCU’s beach volleyball team, finishing an abbreviated 2020 spring season with an 8-2 record.

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB

  • Served as the team’s captain for three seasons at Chamblee Charter School.
  • Was an All-Area selection in 2014 and 2015, and an All-State selection in 2016.
  • Played club volleyball for A5 South.

PERSONAL

  • Daughter of Barry and Kennetha Manning
  • Father Barry played in 121 games for the South Carolina men’s basketball team from 1989-92.
  • Will pursue a masters in biomedical sciences at South Carolina, with the goal of becoming an optometrist.
