2023 (SENIOR)

• Enjoyed a breakout final season, leading the team in kills (with 245). Her kill total this season is 41 more than her first three seasons combined.
• Led the team with 11 games with 10+ kills, hitting .385 or better in seven of those matches. Her three games with 20+ kills make her one of 12 Gamecocks in the SEC era (since 1991) to have three or more 20-kill games.
• Hit .316 with seven kills in the season opener against Towson, despite turning her ankle early in the first set of the match (8/25).
• Saw her first extended playing time since the injury during the win over Troy, finishing with 10 kills on a .471 hitting percentage with a career-high six digs and five blocks (9/3).
• Combined for 34 kills over seven sets against Ole Miss (9/29) and No. 4 Florida (10/1).
• Matched a career high with seven block assists in the three-set win vs. Ole Miss, tied for fourth-most in a sweep in the rally scoring era (11/5).
• Earned SEC Offensive Player of the Week honors after averaging 6.38 kills per set while hitting .481 over eight sets against Miss. State and LSU. Her 26 kills at State on Nov. 8 were the second-most for a three-set match in program history.

2022 (JUNIOR)

• Ended year three on a hot streak, with more kills in the month of November (69) than she had her first two seasons combined (47).
• Hit .500 with 15 kills against Ole Miss (Nov. 6), almost doubling her previous career high of eight. She also set a new career high with six total blocks; the kill total was one shy of her freshman year total that she accumulated over 22 sets played and 44 total attacks.
• Averaged 2.65 kills per set in the final month of the season (Nov. 2-26). In the first 10 games of SEC play, she hit just .066 with 1.21 kills per set.
• Hit .417 with seven kills and added three block assists in the sweep of Winthrop (Aug. 27).
• Lit up Cincinnati with seven kills on nine attacks without an error in three sets, good for a career-best .778 hitting percentage (Sept. 10).

2021 (SOPHOMORE)

• Saw her role expand in year two, playing in 22 matches and 61 sets.
• Matched a career best with three kills on five errorless swings against Washington State (8/27).
• Set a new best with five kills on seven swings while adding two digs against Santa Clara (9/10).
• Took a season-high nine swings at Texas A&M, also adding a career-high three digs (9/26).
• Had a career night as a blocker, assisting on five putbacks against Arkansas (11/26).

2020-21 (FRESHMAN)

• Made her collegiate debut against Auburn, playing in two sets (10/28).
• Had three kills on four swings in a win over Mississippi State (2/5).
• Came off the bench for three kills, an assist and a block vs. Texas A&M (2/11).
• Finished with a kill, an assist and two blocks in one set vs. Ole Miss (3/7).

HIGH SCHOOL

• Fletcher is the youngest member of the Trinidad and Tobago national team, making the roster for the 2018 FIVB Volleyball Women’s World Championship in Japan and the 2019 Pan American Cup.
• Despite being just 17 at the time, she was also named captain for the team’s NORCECA Women’s Continental Cup run.
• Led her secondary school team to national titles while at St. Joseph’s Convent.

PERSONAL

• Daughter of Don and Leah Fletcher.
• Has one brother, Tor.
• Is the cousin of former Gamecock great Mikayla Shields.
