Lisa Farrell

Lisa Farrell joined the Carolina Girls coaching staff as an assistant coach in 2021. She graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2018 with a degree in Elementary Education. During her time at UofSC, she was on the dance team all four years and was a team captain during her senior year.

A native of Ramsey, NJ, Lisa grew up dancing competitively both regionally and nationally. She received many accolades including Tremaine’s National Teen Female Dancer of the Year in 2011. Following this award, she toured with Tremaine Dance Convention for 3 years, assisting choreographers across the country. She also danced in performances at Radio City Music Hall and in Times Square

Lisa is currently in her fifth year as a teacher at Leaphart Elementary School in Columbia, SC. In February of 2021, she was awarded Leaphart’s Teacher of the Year for the 2021-2022 school year.
