COLUMBIA, S.C. – The fifth-ranked South Carolina equestrian team will host its annual EquiFest at Saturday’s competition against No. 10 Fresno State. The competition begins at 10 a.m. at One Wood Farm in Blythewood and admission is free.
“We’re very excited about the events we have planned for Saturday,” head coach Boo Major said. “We have a great time doing this every year, and I know the kids always have fun getting to participate in all of the activities. It’s going to be a great day and we encourage all of our fans to come out and enjoy what we have planned.”
This year’s Equifest activities include:

- Meet & Greet the Equestrian Team
- Make Your Own Stick Horse
- Autographed 2009-2010 Team Posters
- Cookies, Cupcakes, and Juice
- Pin the Tail on the Donkey
- Coloring Contest
- Face Tattoos
- T-Shirts and Other Prizes
Directions to One Wood Farm in Blythewood
Take I-77 North to Exit 27 (Blythewood Road). Turn left and go approximately one mile. Turn right onto Syrup Mill Road. One Wood Farm is 8/10 of a mile down and is the first driveway on the left.
