TAMPA, Fla. – A front moving through the greater Tampa area, dumping rain on the USF Softball Field, has delayed action on day two at the USF Louisville Slugger Tournament on Saturday. When the action was called, Carolina and Hofstra were battling in the top of the sixth with Hofstra batting.

Play is scheduled to resume at 4 p.m. of the Hofstra-South Carolina game. Carolina’s game against USF has been cancelled. The Gamecocks will play Wright State on Sunday at the regularly scheduled time of 11:30 a.m. The rest of the tournament schedule can be found here.
