Do you want a competitive golf game for 2006? Do you struggle with a specific area in your game and do not know how to correct it? If you said yes to either one of these things, you might want to consider taking a lesson. A lesson will usually be one-on-one time between you and a teaching professional. They will spend a half hour to an hour working with your needs for your golf game. The teaching professional will give you suggestions on how to correct certain areas in your game. They usually use video analysis of your swing and critique it. A lesson can truly electrify your game in 2006!

Some advice I would like to give you about taking lessons is one, you should choose the right instructor for you. Make sure your personalities match, as well as both of you know where you want to take your game. Another suggestion that I have is when you find your match, stick to that person. If you continue to change from one instructor to another you will often hear conflicting information about your golf game. Find the instructor that you feel can assist you the most, and take lessons from only them. If you follow these simple ideas, you and your instructor can elevate your game.

There are several instructors in the Columbia area that can assist you with your game regardless of your age or skill level. If you are a member of a club in Columbia or outside of Columbia, contact your golf professional because they usually give lessons or can refer you to someone within your club that does give lessons. If you are not a member of a club you can contact your local public golf course and they usually have teaching professionals.

I firmly believe that taking lessons has helped my game, and I believe that if you try one, you will not be disappointed!
