The South Carolina vs. Tennessee softball game scheduled for 4 p.m. Wednesday has been cancelled due to rain. The game will not be rescheduled.

No. 4 Tennessee will take the 2-0 series win after defeating the Gamecocks 9-1 and 12-0 on Tuesday. USC falls to 20-12 and 5-3 in the SEC while the Lady Vols improve to 31-4 and 4-1 in the SEC.

The Gamecocks are off until March 22 when they will travel to Coastal Carolina for a midweek doubleheader.
