Columbia, S.C. – Sixth ranked South Carolina (25-8, 6-6 SEC) continues SEC play this weekend as the Gamecocks travel to Lexington, Ky. for a three-game series against Kentucky. South Carolina has won 10 consecutive games vs. Kentucky (17-15, 3-9 SEC) and 13 of 14 dating back to the 2000 season.

The Gamecocks lead the overall series 26-19. Last season South Carolina swept a three-game series in Columbia with wins of 5-4, 7-2 and 5-0. South Carolina will start junior RHP Billy Buckner (4-1, 3.02 ERA) on Friday, junior LHP Matt Campbell (5-1, 2.50 ERA) on Saturday and junior RHP Aaron Rawl (6-2, 4.22 ERA) on Sunday.
