Columbia, S.C. – South Carolina baseball (19-2) begins a nine-game road swing on Tuesday night at 7 p.m. traveling to Spartanburg, S.C. to face Wofford (8-7) in the dedication game of Russell C. King Field. The Gamecocks are ranked No. 4 in the latest Baseball America and Collegiate Baseball polls. South Carolina will start junior RHP Zac McCamie (1-0, 2.31 ERA) with junior LHP Chris Clark (1-0, 4.70 ERA) on the mound for the Terriers.

Tuesday night’s game vs. Wofford is the first of three games vs. the Terriers this season for South Carolina. The Gamcocks will also play Wofford on Wednesday, April 28 at 7 p.m. and on Wednesday, May 19 at 7 p.m., both games to be played in Columbia.

South Carolina leads the series vs. Wofford 57-21-1 including a 15-0 record under head coach Ray Tanner. The Gamecocks defeated Wofford in all three games last season. Live Gametracker stats will be available at USCSPORTS.COM.
