Celebrating 50th Anniversary of Title IX: Defined by Us

To celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the passage of Title IX, South Carolina Athletics partnered with University of South Carolina seniors Lindy Kavulic and Skyelar Winn on this series, which will highlight the stories of Gamecock women’s sports and student-athletes.

The first episode features UofSC alumna Vickie Eslinger, who was deeply involved in the addition of women’s sports to the South Carolina Athletics Department after her graduation from UofSC Law School. She shares her story of that work and her thoughts on what women’s sports as added to the Gamecock experience.
