Competed in seven meets during his first indoor season with the Gamecocks … Made his collegiate debut at the Clemson Opener, running a collegiate personal best in the 1,000m with a time of 2:31.21 to finish fifth overall … Was also the anchor leg on the 4x400m relay team that finished fourth at the Clemson Opener … Ran his first 800m event at the Gamecock Opener, finishing runner up with a time of 1:54.10 … Also turned in his best distance medley relay finish of the season at the Gamecock Opener with a third-place finish following a time of 10:25.85 … Turned in his fastest 800m race of the season at the Tiger Paw Invite, running 1:51.41 to place 14^th.

Outdoor

Competed in seven total events during his first outdoor season, running the 800m, 4x400m, 4x800m and one distance medley relay … Made his outdoor debut at the Island Relays Bahamas, running 1:55.81 in the 800m to finish fifth overall … The following week, he placed fourth in the 800m at the Weems Baskin Relays after clocking 1:53.27 … Set his outdoor PR in the 800m at the Tom Jones Memorial, running 1:52.74 … Was the leadoff leg for the second-fastest 4x800m relay team in Gamecock history, turning in a time of 7:25.33 to finish second at the Florida Relays … Competed in one DMR race at the Penn Relays, resulting in the eighth fastest DMR time in outdoor Gamecock history as he was the second leg on a squad that ran 10:12.09.
