Gamecocks Open SEC Play with Back-to-Back Home Matches
COLUMBIA, S.C.— No. 23 South Carolina men’s tennis team will begin its Southeastern Conference slate this weekend with home matches Friday and Sunday. The Gamecocks will take on Auburn Friday at 3 p.m. and No. 27 Alabama Sunday at noon. The matches mark the final two of the three-match homestand for Carolina, which started when the Gamecocks took down Presbyterian 7-0 a week ago.
The Gamecocks enter SEC play 7-3 on the season, including two ranked wins.
