HIGH SCHOOL: Was a member of the track and field team at Lexington High School in Lexington, S.C. …concentrated on the horizontal jumps…holds the Lexington school record in the triple jump…qualified for SCHSL 4A state finals and finished in sixth place…won the Boozer Award for Varsity Track in her senior season…boasts personal bests of 15[apos]3 in the long jump and 36[apos]6 in the triple jump…also lettered in cheerleading at Lexington where she was a 5A All-Region Selection in 2013
PERSONAL: Daughter of Robert and Kandy Peacock…has one sibling, Brittany (22)…father, Robert, played football at the University of South Carolina…an honor graduate who was a mainstay on the honor roll at Lexington High School…intends to major in history…also considered College of Charleston, Coastal Carolina and Winthrop, but decided to be a Gamecock because she has always loved the school and envisioned herself on a campus like South Carolina.
