Horvit Competes at ITA All-American

TULSA, Okla. – South Carolina senior Mia Horvit fell to a top-10 opponent in the first round of Main Draw play on Wednesday at the ITA Women’s All-American Championships hosted by the University of Tulsa.

After nearly a nearly four-hour rain delay, No. 49 Horvit took the court opposite of No. 7-seeded and No. 9-ranked Jada Hart of UCLA. The two kept it close in the first set with Hart eventually coming out on top, 7-5. Hart finished it in the second set, winning the match, 7-5, 6-2.
