Baseball Announces 2025 SEC Schedule
BIRMINGHAM – The Southeastern Conference announced its 30-game baseball schedule for the 2025 season this afternoon (Thursday, Sept. 12).
The Gamecocks will open the SEC slate with a new conference opponent as Carolina welcomes in Oklahoma to Founders Park on March 14-16. It will be the first trip for the Sooners to Columbia since the 2012 Super Regional. USC then goes on the road for a three-game set at Arkansas on March 21-23.
Carolina hosts defending national champion Tennessee on March 28-30 before hitting the road for two straight conference series, visiting Mississippi State (April 4-6) and Texas A&M (April 11-13).
The Gamecocks face Ole Miss on Easter weekend with a Thursday-Saturday series (April 17-19) and play Kentucky on April 25-27 in Lexington.
Carolina hosts Florida on May 2-4 before wrapping up the road schedule at Auburn on May 9-11. The Gamecocks host LSU on the final weekend of SEC play May 15-17.
The SEC Tournament will take place May 20-25 at the Hoover Met in Hoover, Ala. All 16 teams will play in the single-elimination event.
More SEC weekends could move to Thursday-Saturday due to TV. Those changes will be announced at a later date.
The non-conference portion of the schedule as well as game time and television designations also will be announced at a later date.
The Gamecocks will play two fall games against outside competition, at home against Air Force (Oct. 26) and at College of Charleston (Nov. 7).
