Softball Announces Nine-Game Fall Schedule

COLUMBIA, S.C. – The South Carolina softball announced the team’s fall schedule today (Aug. 26). Carolina will play six games against opponents before the schedule concludes with their annual Garnet & Black World Series. All fall home games at Carolina Softball Stadium are free and open to the public.

The Gamecocks will host Presbyterian (Sept. 21), Winthrop (Sept. 28), Furman (Oct. 17), and USCB (Oct. 24) at Beckham Field. Carolina will play two road contests, taking on Coastal Carolina (Oct. 4) and the College of Charleston (Oct. 10).

The fall season concludes with the three-game Garnet & Black World Series October 27-29.

Sept. 21 – vs. Presbyterian, 3 p.m.
Sept. 28 – vs. Winthrop, 1 p.m.
Oct. 4 – at Coastal Carolina, 1 p.m.
Oct. 10 – at College of Charleston, 6 p.m.
Oct. 17 – vs. Furman, 6 p.m.
Oct. 24 – vs. USCB, 6 p.m.
Oct. 27 – Garnet & Black World Series, 3 p.m.
Oct. 28 – Garnet & Black World Series, 3 p.m.
Oct. 29 – Garnet & Black World Series, 3 p.m.
