Gamecock Doubles Pair Advances to ITA Regional Final

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – The doubles pair of Bella Bergqvist Larsson and Kaitlyn Carnicella advanced to the finals of the ITA Carolina Regional Championship after defeating their opponent from Duke on Monday afternoon in Chapel Hill.

The pair picked up a 6-0, 6-1 semifinals victory over the ninth-seeded duo of Elena Yu and Claire An.

Carnciella opened the singles quarterfinals round by taking on nine seed, Savannah Dada-Mascoll from Appalachian State. Carnciella ultimately fell to Dada-Mascoll, 6-3, 6-2.
