Exciting Promotions Planned for 2017 Softball Season

COLUMBIA, S.C. – The South Carolina softball team unveiled its promotion schedule for the upcoming 2017 season, with different themes throughout the season at Carolina Softball Stadium at Beckham Field.
Highlights of the promotional schedule include St. Pat’s at the Stadium on Friday, March 17 against Florida at 6 p.m.. Fans are encouraged to wear green, and all fans that wear green will receive $1 admission. In addition, the first 200 fans will receive a limited-edition St. Pat’s Gamecock Softball t-shirt from Barefoot Outfitters.
This season, the team is excited to honor the 20th anniversary of the 1997 College World Series Team. During the Auburn series, the team will honor all alumni on Friday with a special ceremony planned to honor the 1997 Women’s College World Series team on Saturday.
The regular season concludes over May 5-7 against LSU, where each day will be dedicated to two of our six seniors.
The Gamecocks are also excited to announce some new season-long promotions. This season, we are launching the Chick-Fil-A Fowl Ball promotion. Any fan that returns a foul ball to the marketing table on the concourse will receive a Chick-Fil-A coupon for a free chicken sandwich. To help honor the sacrifice of the men and women of our armed service, all military personnel and their families will receive free admission to all Sunday games. This year, we are also launching weekday work perk tickets. All fans that show their business card at the gate will receive admission to our weekday games for $1 admission. Finally, the team will continue the tradition of allowing kids to run the bases and receive autographs from the team following every Sunday SEC series game (excluding Florida).

Season tickets are still on sale. For the low price of $25 for adults and $10 for youth, 17 and under, fans can attend every home game this spring.
