Columbia, S.C. – The South Carolina baseball team had 12 members named to the 2003 SEC Academic Honor Roll based on grades from the 2001-02 academic calendar. The 12 players named to the honor list was the fourth highest by an SEC baseball team.

The honorees named to the academic list are: Steven Bondurant, Rico Bravo, Trey Dyson, Garris Gonce, Kevin Melillo, Yaron Peters, Landon Powell, Matt Riddle, Steve Thomas, Steven Whetstone, Matt Wilson.

South Carolina baseball returns home on Friday night in the first of a three-game series with Kentucky.
