Salt Lake City, UT – The University of South Carolina women’s tennis team defeated Utah on Sunday 6-1 to improve to 11-5 on the year. The Gamecocks swept all three double matches and took five of the six single matches. The only Gamecock loss came at the number one singles match where Kathy Boyanovich dropped her match in three sets.

The Gamecocks return to action on Friday, March 28th when they play Auburn. After the Auburn match, the Gamecock will host Alabama on the Sunday. The match on Sunday will be the Gamecocks last home regular season match.
