COLUMBIA, S.C. –
Due to the freeze already hitting the Columbia area tonight that is expected to hold through most of the morning, South Carolina officials have delayed the start of Sunday’s action at the Palmetto Classic by an hour until 11 a.m.

The first game between Tennessee State and Western Kentucky now begins at 11 a.m. South Carolina and Cleveland State will take the field at 1:30 p.m., and Tennessee State and Winthrop close out the event at 4 p.m. Start times may be moved up if the prior games run shorter and both coaches agree.

Sunday’s adjusted schedule
