A pair of road games for South Carolina softball got picked up for television broadcast this spring.
Florida, as part of its institutional contract, had the Sat., March 17 game against the Gamecocks picked up on SunSports in Florida. First pitch for that game is set for 1 p.m. EST. And as part of the Southeastern Conference television package, SportSouth will televise South Carolina’s regular-season finale at Ole Miss at 2 p.m. EDT.
In addition, every game in the SEC Softball Tournament will show live on the ESPN family of networks over May 10-12 from Tuscaloosa, Ala. Three quarterfinal games and both semifinals are slated for ESPNU broadcasts, with one Thursday night primetime quarterfinal and the 8 p.m. final scheduled for ESPN.
South Carolina hosts Winthrop on Wednesday at 5 p.m. at Beckham Field.
