Indoor

Competed in eight indoor meets during the campaign, running the 60m, 200m, 300m, 400m and the 4x400m relay … Earned a spot on the First Team All-American squad during the NCAA Indoor Championship, running the leadoff leg in the 4x400m relay and guiding the Gamecocks to a seventh-place finish with a time of 3:30.09 for the ninth best time in program history … Also was honored as a Second Team All-SEC member, finishing runner-up in the SEC Indoor Championship 4x400m after running 3:32.35 … Opened the indoor season at the Clemson Opener, running a PR time in the 300m (38.84) to finish third, while also running leadoff leg in the 4x400m team that captured the win … Was also part of the relay teams that won the Gamecock Opener and the Carolina Challenge … Tied a personal best in the 60m at the Columbia Challenge, running 7.54 for a third-place finish … Set a new indoor personal best in the 200m at the Carolina Challenge after running 23.81 to finish third … First 400m race of the season was at the Gamecock Opener, finishing second after running 54.16 … Turned in a first-place finish in the USC Indoor Open 400m race, running 54.01 … Also competed in the SEC Indoor Championship in the 400m, running a season-best time of 53.78.

Outdoor

Competed in five outdoor meets during the season, running the 400m and both the 4x100m and the 4x400m relays … Made her outdoor season debut at the Florida Relays, running leadoff leg in the 4x100m (44.73) and aiding her 4x400m relay team to a third-place finish as the second leg with a time of 3:34.81 … Ran a season-best time in the 400m at the Tom Jones Memorial, turning in a time of 53.34 … Was also the leadoff leg in the 4x400m relay at the Tom Jones Memorial that ran a season-best time of 3:32.61 … The following week, she posted her best 400m finish of the season, turning in an eighth-place performance at the USC Open … Finished fourth in the Penn Relays 4x400m, running third with a time of 3:33.02 … Competed at the SEC Championship in both the 400m and the 4x400m, finishing 11^th in the relay (3:37.41) and 24^th in the 400m (53.87) … Also took part in the NCAA East Regional, running the 4x400m relay and finishing 16^th overall.

2022

Indoor

Competed in nine total events during the indoor season, taking part in the 60-meter dash, 200 meter, 300 meter, 400 meter, and the 4×400 … Claimed four titles in the 4×400 during the indoor season, with the fastest time coming in a runner-up finish in the Gamecock Opener with a time of 3:36.04 … Took home first in the 200m in two separate meets (Orange and Purple Elite & Gamecock Opener) … Won the Orange and Purple Elite 200m with a time of 24.37 and later set her new indoor PR for the 200m at the Gamecock Opener with a time of 23.84 … Posted strong results in the Gamecock Opener when she finished fourth in the 60m with a PR time of 7.54 … Also captured first in the 400m at the Dr. Sander Invitational with a time of 55.53 … Posted her new 400m indoor PR in the SEC Championship, running the event in 53.61.

Outdoor

Earned First Team All-American Honors in the 4×400 after posting a time of 3:25.78 to finish fifth at the NCAA Championship in Oregon … Qualified for the 400 meter, the 4×100 and the 4×400 at the 2022 NCAA Championship … Competed in eight events during the spring campaign, kicking the spring off with an outdoor 200m PR of 23.60 to take home third in the Tiger Track Classic … Was part of the 4×100 and the 4×400 relay teams that swept first at the Penn Relays … Set a new outdoor PR in the 400m with a time of 53.14 in the Gamecock Invitational, finishing sixth in the race … Was a part of six total relay victories during the spring season … Placed fourth in the SEC Championship in the 4×400 with a time of 3:25.45, scoring points for the Gamecocks in the fastest 4×400 relay time of the season.

2021
Indoor

Ran in six races for Carolina … Competed in the 400m at the SEC Championships and took 17^th with a time of 56.46 … Ran her season-best 400-meter time at the USC Indoor Open, clocking in with a time of 56.41 … Took sixth in the 400 meters at the Gamecock Opener with a time of 56.69 … Ran the 200 meters twice with her season-best time of 25.09 coming at the Bob Pollock Meet.

Outdoor

Ran in 12 races at six meets … Competed in the 100 and 200 meters at the SEC Championships … Posted a 100m time of 12.33 in the SEC Championship, while posting 24.94 in the 200m … Doubled in the 100 and 200 at the Gamecock Invitational, USC Open, UNF Invitational and the SEC Championships … Ran a season-best time of 12.01 in the 100m at the Gamecock Invitational for a 14^th-place finish … Ran a season-best time in the 200m at the Gamecock Invitational when she finished ninth and clocked a time of 24.18 … Ran the 400 meters at the Florida Relays and took 27^th with a time of 58.24.

2020
Indoor

Ran in every meet for the Gamecocks during the indoor season… Ran with the Gamecocks 4x400m relay team throughout the season as well as individually in the 200m, 300m and the 400m… Made her Gamecock debut at the Clemson Opener in the 400m, taking fifth in the 400m… Recorded a season-best time of 56.27 at the SEC Championships to finish in 29th… Took 14th at the Orange and Purple Elite in the 300m… Ran the 200m twice during the season, notably taking fourth at the USC Indoor Open in a time of 24.79… Helped the Gamecocks run their fourth-best 4x400m relay time at the Gamecock Opener in a time of 3:37.92 where she was the anchor leg.

High School

Ran the 400m, 200m and 100m in high school… Owns school records in 400m, 4x100m relay and 4x400m relay… Was the 2018 and 2019 South Carolina female Track Athlete of the Year winner… Was a regional champion 10 times and was a USATF 400m and 200m state champion… Owned PRs of 55.58 in the 400m, 24.3 in the 200m and 12.1 in the 100m… Was a six-time letterwinner in track and field… Was a Distinguished Honors graduate… Was a member of National Honors Society… Was the 2019 SHS Senior of the Year.

Personal

Daughter of Sindy and Carlos Frank… Has three siblings Azlynn, Carius and Christina … Father Carlos played football and ran track and field at The Citadel while Mother Sindy ran track at Roanoke College… Has aspirations of becoming a photojournalist or a creative director.
