AUBURN, Ala. – Junior Anya Morgina followed up Saturday’s doubles title with a singles crown at the SEC Fall Coaches Classic on Sunday in Auburn, Ala.

Morgina defeated Lilly Kimbrell from Georgia 7-6(5), 6-2 in the finals of flight 1B to go 3-0 in the tournament. On Saturday, she teamed with freshman Dominika Kanakova to win the doubles title of flight 3.

In other action, Madeleine Saari-Byström defeated Gabby Rangel from Ole Miss 6-0, 6-2 to win the consolation draw of flight 4A. Kanakova lost in the third place match of flight 4B to Tennessee’s Millicent Nichols 1-6, 7-6, 7-6.

The Gamecocks return to action next week at the Milwaukee Tennis Classic over Sept. 17-19.
