In the spring of 2013, South Carolina opened the Carolina Softball Stadium, the new home of Carolina Softball built on the same plot of land that has hosted the Gamecocks since at least 1983. Carolina Softball Stadium at Beckham Field has a seating capacity to 1,277 and includes a locker room, indoor hitting facility, and an elevated press box and two suites.
