Columbia, S.C. – The ninth-ranked South Carolina Gamecocks (7-2-1) travel to Winston-Salem, N.C., to face the undefeated and nationally-ranked Wake Forest Demon Deacons on Friday, Oct. 11 at 7:00 p.m. South Carolina leads the series 10-8-4.

The showdown between two top ten teams will feature goalkeepers Michael Bachmeyer (South Carolina) and William Hesner (Wake Forest). Bachmeyer is currently ranked 15th in the country with a goal against average of .68, while Hesner is fourth with a gaa of 0.47.
