Columbia, S.C. – Junior defender Robert Rosenberg scored the game-winning goal against No. 25 Rutgers to earn a spot on the College Soccer News’ Team of the Week.

Rosenberg, a member of the 15th-ranked defense, lifted the Gamecocks to a 1-0 victory over the Scarlet Knights when he scored the lone goal of the match in overtime. This marks the first time Rosenberg has earned such honors and is the second Gamecock to be named to the team this season. Jordan Quinn earned team of the week honors for the week of Sept. 9.
