Columbia, SC – The USC Equestrian travels to Augusta, Georgia this weekend for a Zone 5 Region 2 show. The show will be hosted by Augusta State University and will be open to Hunt Seat riders only.

The Lady Gamecocks look forward to heading out on the road again. There have been three Zone 5 Region 2 Hunt Seat shows this year and USC has hosted three out of the two.

“You would think the ‘home field advantage’ would be a good thing,” said Coach Boo Duncan, “but the girls have to run and manage the show so it takes a good bit out of them and often affects their performance.”

USC is currently fourth place in hunt seat behind Auburn, UGA and Berry. They look to climb the ladder this weekend and get closer to finishing first.
