From I-77 South
Take I-77 South to Rt. 277 South towards downtown Columbia. From Rt. 277 follow the signs to Bull Street and follow Bull Street south until it dead ends at Pendleton St. Take a right onto Pendleton then a left onto Main Street. Follow Main Street south, going past the Shell gas station, the follow the road as it curves around to the left. Sarge Frye Field will be on your right.

From I-95 South
From I-95 South, take 1-20 West towards Columbia. From I-20, take I-126 towards Downton Columbia. From I-126, follow the signs to Downtown Columbia/Elmwood Blvd. From Elmwood Blvd, turn right onto Assembly Street. Follow Assembly past Downtown Columbia to Whaley Street. Turn left at the stoplight onto Whaley, go underneath the bridge, then take your next right at the Shell Station. That road will curve around to the left and Sarge Frye Field will be on your right.
