Columbia, S.C. – The South Carolina men’s and women’s swimming & diving teams close out the dual meet season on Saturday afternoon against Georgia at the Gabrielsen Natatorium. The meet is scheduled for 1 p.m. and is USC’s final competition before the SEC Championships.

Next week begins the 2005 SEC Championships held in Gainesville, Fla. February 11-13 will feature the diving portion of the competition with February 16-19 the swimming portion. South Carolina finished fifth on the women’s side and eighth on the men’s side at last year’s SEC Championships held in Athens, Ga. South Carolina has crowned nine individual SEC champions since entering the conference including current diver, junior Tracey Richardson, who one the three-meter springboard in the 2003 season for Carolina.
