MEN’S SOCCER (10-6-1, 7-1-1 C-USA)
Men’s soccer wrapped up its regular season with a pair of wins at FIU and UCF to finish 10-1-1 in its last 12 matches. Mike Sambursky and Mike Gustavson were named C-USA Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week, respectively. The No. 2 seed in the league tournament plays Kentucky Wednesday in Dallas.

FOOTBALL (6-3, 4-3)
The Gamecocks posted their fourth straight SEC win, a 14-10 victory at Arkansas to become bowl-eligible. Orus Lambert was named the SEC Defensive Lineman of the Week for his efforts. USC hosts Florida on Saturday at 12:30 p.m.

WOMEN’S TENNIS
Gira Schofield and Natasa Vuckovic faced off in the “A” draw championship at the SEC Fall Coaches Classic in Peachtree, Ga. Schofield became the first USC player to win the top flight at this annual competition under head coach Arlo Elkins.

MEN’S BASKETBALL
The men’s basketball team opens its season with an exhibition game on Thursday. Admission is free. Fans are asked to bring can goods for the Harvest Hope Food Bank.

WOMEN’S BASKETBALL
Both basketball teams will be at Five Points on Friday, Nov. 11, around 10:15 p.m. to show off their talents in a street-fest for fans.

MEN’S TENNIS
The men’s tennis team wrapped up its fall schedule over the weekend at the Bulldog Scramble in Athens, Ga.

WOMEN’S GOLF
The women’s golf squad tied for seventh among 17 schools at The Derby Invitational in Auburn. Senior Erica Battle tied for 13th to lead the Gamecocks.

CROSS COUNTRY
The cross county squad travels to Greenville, N.C., on Saturday to take part in the NCAA Southeast Regional. .

WOMEN’S SOCCER
Ashley Kirk was named to second team all-conference, Kimmy Criss was named to the CoSIDA Acaademic All-District team and Kimmy Gillespie was named to the SEC Good Works team.

SWIMMING & DIVING (M: 1-4; W: 2-4)
The USC women’s team defeated Clemson to gain a split of the dual meet between the two in-state rivals. Christy Williams won three races and Allison Brennan captured both diving competitions. Ian Balman set a pool record in the men’s one-meter diving competition.

VOLLEYBALL (10-13, 3-10)
The volleyball squad dropped its fifth straight match when they fell at Kentucky on Friday. They travel to Tennessee for a match on Wednesday, then wrap up their conference slate with home matches versus Auburn and Alabama this weekend.

MEN’S GOLF
Men’s golf placed 14th among 18 squads at the Carpet Capital Collegiate in Rocky Face, GA. Freshman Baker Elmore hit a hole-in-one to highlight the final round.

EQUESTRIAN
The equestrian team wrapped up the fall portion of the schedule on a positive note with a win at Auburn. Tara Brothers led the way as the Gamecocks dominated the hunt seat division.
