Columbia, S.C. –
The stage is set for the 2010 College World Series in Omaha, Neb. South Carolina will start off the 2010 CWS facing Oklahoma on Sunday, June 20 with first pitch scheduled for 2 p.m. ET from Johnny Rosenblatt Stadium. The game will be televised live on ESPNHD and ESPN3.com and can also be heard on the Gamecock Radio Network. The Gamecocks and Sooners are part of Bracket Two at the CWS along with Arizona State and Clemson. Bracket One features Florida State, TCU, UCLA and Florida.

The first game on Saturday is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. (ET) and features the only first time participant TCU (51-12) and Florida St. (47-18). Saturday’s second game pits No. 6 national seed UCLA (48-14) against No.3 national seed Florida (47-15), and is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. (ET)

The doubleheader on Sunday features South Carolina (48-15) vs. Oklahoma (49-16) at 2 p.m. (ET), and Clemson (43-23) squaring off against No. 1 national seed Arizona St. (52-8) at 7 p.m. (ET)

The losers of Saturday’s two games will play one another at 3:30 p.m. (CT) on Monday, while Saturday’s winners face off at 8 p.m. (CT) Monday. The losers of Sunday’s games will play each other at 3:30 p.m. (CT) on Tuesday, while Sunday’s winners meet Tuesday at 8 p.m. (CT)

The winners of the two brackets will play best-of-three championship finals, with the first game set for 6 p.m. (CT) on Monday, June 28. The second game is scheduled for 6 p.m. (CT) on Tuesday, June 29, while the third and deciding game (if necessary) is slated for 6 p.m. (CT) on Wednesday, June 30. Every Men’s College World Series game will be televised live by ESPN or ESPN2, and all are available in high-definition.
