TEAM NOTES
•The Gamecocks finished the 2010-11 season with a 14-16 record. â£The Gamecocks own a 16-20 all-time record in the SEC Tournament, including a 3-4 mark vs. Ole Miss. The Gamecocks have faced the Rebels more than any other team in the post-season tournament.
•The Gamecocks and Rebels have played 28 times all-time with each team win- ning 14 of those contests. The teams are 4-4 in games played at a neutral site.
•The Gamecocks were credited with 15 assists on their 20 baskets.
•The Gamecocks attempted 30 3-point field goals, setting a new standard for the school in SEC Tournament action. The previous high was 27 3-point attempts against Florida on March 12, 2006.
•South Carolina is 8-9 all-time when playing in the first round of the SEC Tournament.
•South Carolina blocked 10 shots today, setting a school record for an SEC Tournament game. The previous high was 8, vs. Mississippi State on March 13, 2009.
•South Carolina logged 43 rebounds today, setting a school record for an SEC Tournament game. The previous high was 40, set against Alabama on March 11, 2010.

INDIVIDUAL NOTES
#44 Sam Muldrow
•Had 7 blocks to improve his school record and SEC active career leader mark to 274 career blocks.
•Went over the century mark in block shots in a season with 103, becoming just the second player in school history to reach that plateau, joining Danny Traylor (122 in 1971-72 and 113 in 1972-73).
•His 7 blocks set a school record for an SEC Tournament game. The previous high was 5, set by Brandon Wallace vs. Arkansas on March 11, 2007 and matched by Muldrow vs. Alabama on March 11, 2010.
•Finished one rebound shy of a double-double in his final appearance for the Garnet & Black. He logged 12 points and nine rebounds today.

#12 Ramon Galloway
•Hit a career-high 5 three-pointers (all coming in the second half when he was 5-of-9). His previous high was 4 on four occasions, most recently vs. Jacksonville State on Dec. 29, 2010.
•Led the team with 17 points, his high mark since scoring 20 against Auburn on Jan. 29.
•Fell one shy of the individual school record for most attempted 3-point shots in an SEC Tournament game with 12. The record of 13 was set by BJ McKie vs. Ole Miss on March 4, 1999. McKie is representing South Carolina as this year’s “SEC Legend”.
