Biggest influence in softball: her parents have encouraged her to work hard on all aspects of the game and to improve her skills every time she picks up her gear
Greatest athletic thrill: making diving catches or a clutch hit in high-pressure games
High School: Earned two letters for coach Joe Spicer at the new Woodgrove High School after spending her freshman year at Loudoun Valley High School…Helped her team win the Virginia AA title in 2012 after ranking second in the state the year before…Hit over .430 as a sophomore and junior, stealing a total of 43 bases in those years…Off the field, a member of the Key Club and Varsity Club while serving on the student council…Also a member of the National Honor Society.
Why she chose South Carolina: “It provided me with a good environment to be successful in the classroom and on the softball field. South Carolina allowed me to play Division I softball in the south, which was a dream of mine. After visiting, I fell in love with campus and the softball program.”

Biggest influence in softball: her mother Tammy, who coached her until last year in travel ball and let her develop into the player that fit her personality best, let her have fun and develop her own love for the game
Greatest athletic thrill: winning three-straight ASA national titles
High School: A four-year letter-winner at Rowland High School…Earned MaxPreps All-America honors as a catcher last year…Set the San Gabriel Valley and the school home run record last season with 16…First-team All-CIF Division 2 as a junior…three-time All-Hacienda League first team member…Also earned All-Hacienda League academic honors.
Why she chose South Carolina: “South Carolina had my major, and I get to be a part of a developing and exciting softball program. I also like the coaches.”
